1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Neurofy, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Texas, USA. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site including code, audio, video, text, and trademarks are the property of Neurofy, LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content for commercial use without permission.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You may log in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. USER CONTENT
You may upload audio and enter text into our chatbot. You retain ownership, but grant us a license to analyze this content for personalization and service improvement. We do not publicly display user content.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Site including (but not limited to): harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, reverse engineering, spamming, or violating others' rights. Violations may lead to suspension.
6. SERVICE TERMS
The service is currently in beta and offered "as is." We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of AI outputs and may make changes without notice.
7. FEES AND PAYMENTS
All services are free. We do not currently charge for access, and no billing or subscriptions are required.
8. DATA USE AND PRIVACY
By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We store audio/text inputs temporarily and analyze them for personalization. You can request deletion of your data.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion for violations of these Terms or technical reasons.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Texas courts for any disputes.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, binding arbitration will be held in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
